All Wood Essentials medicine cabinets are custom built to order, therefore we do not typically offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us at jerry@woodessentials.com or call us at (212) 717-1112 within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it better.

When returns are possible, they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
